Vegetable Spaghetti Squash

Winter Vine - The tender sweet yet nutty flesh is a great carb replacement. After roasting in the oven shred the flesh with a fork to reveal its noodle like appearance. This is a winter squash, and can be stored for 3-4 months, if kept in cool and dark location.
