Returns

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds

Proof of Delivery & Disputes
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
Refunds are not issued for packages reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the return process.
