Thank you for shopping at Nate’s Garden Supply. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver products to customers within the United States.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because we operate as a drop-shipping business, products ship directly from our suppliers. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability.

Order processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Delays caused by carriers, weather, supplier issues, or peak demand do not qualify for refunds.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States, including U.S. territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Supplier shipping rates

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


Delivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages (PROOF OF DELIVERY)

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure locations.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot change addresses once an order has entered processing.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will assist with a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.
