  4. You agree that proof of delivery provided by a shipping carrier is sufficient evidence of delivery.

  2. Refunds are only issued for items that meet the eligibility requirements described in that policy.

  3. Items returned outside the return window or in unacceptable condition are not eligible for a refund.

  3. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us for resolution may result in denial of future refunds or restrictions on your account.
