Sweet Cherry – (Capsicum annuum) 

Sweet Cherry Pepper grows compact plants loaded with glossy, cherry-shaped peppers that ripen from green to a deep, vibrant red. Though small—about 1 to 1½ inches across—the pods have thick, juicy walls and a bright, classic sweet-pepper flavor with little to no heat. Plants stay manageable at roughly 2½–3 feet tall, making them ideal for gardens, raised beds, or containers. Once they begin producing, yields are heavy and continuous throughout the season. Sweet Cherry peppers are excellent fresh, outstanding for pickling, and perfect for stuffing, roasting, or adding to relishes, salads, and antipasto.
