Mustard Carolina Reaper - (Capsicum chinense)

The Mustard Carolina Reaper is a rare strain of the Carolina Reaper pepper, which is currently the hottest pepper in the world, according to Guinness World Records since 2013.
Starts off a bright green and deepens into a yellowish green the longer it ripens. This is still a very new strain so the tails can differ quite a bit. Pods are smoother than the original Carolina Reaper. Hotness level is a little less than the original Reaper and has a slightly earthy tones. Plants are very productive and will reach 4-5 feet tall.

Heat level:  1,000,000 - 1,500,000 SHU - Extremely Hot.

Flavor:  Sweet, Fruity & a Tad Earthy before the Heat kicks in.
