Horseradish - 3 cuttings

The spicy root of the Horseradish plant is used in spices around the world, and in the famous condiment as well. Reaching just the 2 feet tall, but the real prize is underground!

Plant in spring and and set the root cuttings 2 to 3 inches deep and 18 to 24 inches apart. Keep watered while establishing and harvest roots in fall.
