Aji Lemon Balls — Discovered by grower Francis Gagnon, this unique Aji variety is believed to be a variant of the classic Aji Lemon Drop, but with a smoother, cleaner flavor—bright, citrusy, and refreshingly sweet without the floral undertone. The round, lemon-yellow pods resemble mini habaneros, offering mild-to-medium heat that enhances salsas, sauces, and fresh dishes. Plants are vigorous, high-yielding, and thrive even in containers, producing an abundance of glowing, tangy peppers that bring both color and flavor to the garden.
