5 Seeds Thujopsis dolobrata Hiba Arborvitae Evergreen Conifer

These five seeds offer the chance to grow Thujopsis dolobrata, commonly known as Hiba Arborvitae or Hiba cedar, a striking evergreen conifer prized for its dense, flattened sprays of glossy, deep green foliage with striking white markings on the undersides. This slow-growing tree is naturally elegant, developing a broad, pyramidal shape over time, making it a superb structural specimen for shaded garden areas, woodland borders, or as a living screen.
Use these seeds to cultivate a distinctive ornamental conifer that adds year-round texture and calm, garden-architectural presence to any landscape. Seedlings establish slowly and appreciate a cool, sheltered spot with consistent moisture, eventually forming a resilient small tree or large shrub. When grown from seed, expect variable but always attractive foliage forms, offering a rewarding project for patient gardeners seeking an uncommon evergreen addition.
