30 Swamp Rose Seeds Rosa Palustris Native Wetland Shrub

Swamp Rose is a native North American shrub rose valued for its graceful arching habit and single pink blossoms that appear through summer. It thrives in moist to wet sites, making it a fine choice for rain gardens, pond margins, and naturalized plantings. Its red hips and fine texture add seasonal interest to the landscape.

Swamp Rose works well as a specimen shrub, in hedgerows, or along water features where its spreading form can naturalize. The flowers support pollinators, and the hips that follow provide food for wildlife. Plants grow upright then arch outward, forming thickets over time in consistently damp ground.
