Flameleaf Sumac, also known as winged sumac, is a deciduous North American native shrub or small tree admired for its glossy green foliage and brilliant scarlet-orange autumn display. It offers multi-season interest with clusters of small greenish-yellow blooms in summer followed by showy red fruit and distinctive winged stems that add texture to the landscape.
