3 Pounds Purple Majesty Seed Potatoes Solanum tuberosum

Purple Majesty potatoes are a striking specialty variety prized for their deep purple skin and vivid violet-blue flesh. These seed potatoes produce smooth, oblong tubers that hold their color well after cooking, making them a standout choice for home gardeners and market growers seeking a colorful, all-purpose potato. Known for reliable yields and uniform shape, they perform well in a range of garden settings and store reasonably well after harvest.

The vivid color makes them a favorite for roasting, mashing, steaming, and salads, where the rich purple tone adds visual interest to the plate. Plants grow into sturdy, upright bushes with typical potato foliage and produce tubers over a mid-to-late season window. A dependable choice for kitchen gardens, raised beds, and small farms looking to add a distinctive heirloom-style potato to their lineup.
