3 Live Plants Northern Spice Bush Starter Plant 6 Inch Bare Root

Northern Spice Bush is a deciduous native shrub grown for its aromatic foliage and clusters of small spring blooms that develop into bright red berries in fall. It works well in native plant gardens, woodland borders, and naturalized landscape plantings where its dense habit provides structure through the growing season.
The glossy green leaves release a pleasant spicy fragrance when crushed, making this shrub a sensory addition to mixed borders and wildlife-friendly gardens. Its red berries persist into autumn and are valued for ornamental interest, while the upright multi-stemmed habit can be used as a natural hedge or background planting. This starter plant arrives as bare root and establishes readily when planted in a suitable site.
