Honey Locust (Gleditsia triacanthos) is a fast-growing deciduous shade tree admired for its airy, fern-like foliage that casts light, dappled shade. Its delicate texture and tough, adaptable nature make it a popular choice for lawns, streets, and larger landscapes where a graceful, spreading canopy is desired.
