100 Seeds Catnip Nepeta cataria Herb

Catnip is a hardy perennial herb in the mint family, grown for its fragrant gray-green foliage and tall, spiky flower stalks that attract bees and other pollinators to the garden. Its soft, textured leaves release a distinctive scent when brushed or crushed, making it a classic choice for herb beds, borders, and container plantings.
Easy to grow from seed and tolerant of a range of conditions once established, catnip works well in cottage gardens, pollinator plantings, and herb collections. The leaves can be harvested fresh or dried for teas and culinary use, while the upright plants also serve as an ornamental accent in mixed borders.
