1 Live Bare Root Plant Corkscrew Willow Tree Salix matsudana Tortuosa 2 ft Tall

The Corkscrew Willow is a distinctive deciduous tree admired for its uniquely twisted and contorted branches, which create striking winter interest and an elegant silhouette in the landscape. Its narrow, curling leaves add fine texture through the growing season, turning soft yellow in autumn. This fast growing ornamental tree makes a fascinating focal point in gardens and is equally suited to moist areas and water margins. Supplied as a bare root plant, it establishes readily when planted during the dormant season.

Corkscrew Willow is primarily grown as an ornamental specimen, valued for its spiraling branches that are popular in floral arrangements and crafts. It performs best in full sun with consistently moist, well drained soil and tolerates wet sites along ponds and streams. Regular pruning in late winter or early spring encourages vigorous new curly growth and helps shape the canopy. Space trees to allow their naturally spreading habit and provide room for their rounded form and fine textured foliage to develop.
