Vanilla Strawberry™ is a panicle hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata 'Renhy') prized for its enormous, cone-shaped flower clusters that open vanilla-white in midsummer, blush to pink as they mature, and deepen to rich strawberry-red as the season cools.
