Tree Cholla 'Cylindropuntia imbricata'

Cylindropuntia imbricata, or Tree Cholla, is a tall cactus with a rugged, tree-like structure. Reaching up to 8-10 feet, it stands out with cylindrical stems covered in long spines. Magenta flowers bloom in late spring, attracting pollinators and followed by decorative, spiny fruit. It's ideal for xeriscaping and thrives in full sun with minimal water. Hardy to -10°F, it's perfect for low-maintenance gardens and arid landscapes.
