Purple Tiger x Jalapeno - (Capsicum Annuum)

The Purple Tiger x Jalapeno is a cross between the two varieties. It is one of the most beautiful pepper plants you will come across. The variegated leaves are stunning to look at. The fruits produced are 2-3 inch slim jalapeno shaped with striping. They start out purple and ripen to a deep red. As it ripens you will see the transition mature with the striping effects. The peppers have a sweetness to them with a medium heat making them great for adding vibrant color to salads, salsas and many other recipes.
