Maple Tree 'Brandywine Red'

The Acer rubrum 'Brandywine' - Brandywine Maple was a result of crossing the "October Glory" and the "Autumn Brilliance" in order to get a less messy, more hardy but still as stunning cultivar. This deciduous tree has a multi-seasonal interest as it produces flowers in spring, color changing foliage into summer and of course its brilliant red-purple autumn color. Referred to as a "Male Selection" this maple is a seedless variety, producing only male flowers that do not produce any fruit or seeds.
