King Krustacean – Chitin & Calcium Supplement

King Krustacean is a chitin fertilizer made from crustacean meal, with seaweed and potassium hydroxide in the blend. It is a targeted calcium supplement for plants, meant to sit alongside your stage-specific feed rather than replace it.

What it does

• Guarantees 10% calcium, with a 1.6–0–0.9 grade (1.6% nitrogen, 0.9% soluble potash).
• Provides chitin from crustacean meal as food for your soil microbes.
• Includes 8% humic acid derived from leonardite, listed separately as a nonplant-food ingredient.

How it fits your routine

• Mix ¼ tablespoon per gallon of water and apply at the root zone, following the current pack directions.
• Use it through all growing stages, next to Veg or Bloom for your stage.
• Pair it with Growganica Microbes, and mix close to use: do not premix with microbial products for longer than four hours unless aerated.
• Calcium is only part of the picture, so keep watering consistent.

Good to know

• Made from crustacean meal, so it is not vegan.
