50 Seeds Long Purple Eggplant Heirloom Vegetable Garden

Long Purple Eggplant is a classic heirloom variety valued for its elongated, deep purple fruit and reliable production. The slender, glossy eggplants grow to roughly 8 to 10 inches long and offer a mild, tender flesh that is well suited to a range of kitchen uses.

These plants are a favorite for home vegetable gardens, producing fruit that works well in roasting, grilling, frying, and classic dishes such as ratatouille and eggplant parmesan. The vigorous plants grow upright and reward steady care with a generous harvest across the warm season.
