50 Seeds Golden Wild Buckwheat Native Wildflower Eriogonum Heirloom Garden

Golden Wild Buckwheat is a native North American wildflower grown for its showy clusters of tiny golden-yellow flowers and its tidy, mounding habit. Valued by gardeners for its long bloom period and easygoing nature, it brings warm color and fine texture to sunny beds, borders, and naturalized meadow plantings.

Use Golden Wild Buckwheat in pollinator-friendly landscapes, drought-tolerant borders, rock gardens, and native wildflower seed mixes. Plants typically form a low mound of gray-green foliage topped with flat-topped golden flower heads that age to warm rust tones, offering multi-season interest. It pairs well with other sun-loving perennials and grasses, and the dried flower heads can be used in arrangements.
