5 Seeds Red Wisteria Tree Sesbania grandiflora Flowering Tropical Plant

Sesbania grandiflora, commonly called Red Wisteria Tree, is a fast-growing tropical flowering tree prized for its large, showy red blooms and airy, fern-like foliage. It brings a bold tropical look to warm-climate gardens and can be grown as a striking ornamental or as a productive container plant in cooler regions.

The tree produces clusters of red pea-like flowers and long seed pods, and its young leaves and pods are used as a culinary vegetable in many tropical cuisines. It grows vigorously in full sun and well-drained soil, making it a useful flowering accent, shade tree, or edible landscape addition where conditions suit it.
