5 Seeds Prosopis cineraria Khari Tree Ghaf Drought Tolerant Ornamental

Prosopis cineraria, commonly known as the Khari tree or Ghaf tree, is a hardy, slow-growing leguminous tree valued for its feathery foliage, twisted trunk, and remarkable tolerance of heat and arid conditions. Native to dry regions, it brings a distinctive, sculptural presence and provides light dappled shade in warm landscapes.

It is often grown as an ornamental shade tree in xeriscapes and dry gardens, where its airy canopy and fine texture contrast nicely with succulents and grasses. The tree also produces slender pods, and its deep root system supports growth in poor, sandy soils with minimal watering once established.
