5 Seeds Phytolacca americana Silberstein Variegated Pokeweed Ornamental Plant

Phytolacca americana 'Silberstein' is a striking ornamental selection of pokeweed grown for its bold foliage and architectural presence in the garden. This variegated form features large leaves patterned with cream and green, creating a bright, eye-catching display through the growing season and adding dramatic contrast to mixed borders and woodland plantings.
A vigorous herbaceous perennial, pokeweed develops thick reddish stems and a shrub-like form that works well as a backdrop or specimen accent. The foliage provides seasonal interest, while clusters of small berries follow the inconspicuous flowers in late summer and are frequently enjoyed by birds. Grow it in a sunny to partly shaded spot with room to spread.
