5 Seeds Musa velutina Pink Banana Ornamental Tropical Banana Plant

Musa velutina, commonly known as the Pink Banana, is a striking ornamental banana prized for its compact habit and showy pink seed pods. It brings a lush, tropical look to gardens and containers, with broad paddle-shaped leaves that add bold texture and height. A rewarding choice for growers who want an exotic accent plant without a large footprint.

This species works beautifully as a specimen plant, in tropical-themed borders, or in large patio containers where its foliage can be admired up close. It grows vigorously in warm conditions and produces upright clusters of fruit that reveal bright pink coloring as they mature. Plant in a sheltered spot with consistent moisture and rich, well-draining soil for the best appearance.
