5 Seeds Merremia dissecta Alamo Vine

Merremia dissecta, commonly called Alamo Vine, is a twining perennial vine in the morning glory family known for its deeply lobed, palmately dissected green leaves and pale cream-white flowers marked with a distinctive dark purple center. It is appreciated for its vigorous climbing habit, intricate foliage texture, and long seasonal bloom period, making it an interesting ornamental for trellises, pergolas, and fence lines in warm climates. The vine's fine-cut leaves and contrasting flowers give it a delicate, lacy appearance that stands out among standard flowering climbers.
Alamo Vine works well in ornamental garden settings such as trellis plantings, arbor covers, and mixed borders where a fast-growing climber is desired. It thrives in full sun and warm conditions, twining readily around supports as it grows through the season. Provide a sturdy structure and consistent moisture for best development.
