5 Seeds Forsythia suspensa Weeping Forsythia Yellow Flower Shrub

Forsythia suspensa, commonly known as weeping forsythia, is a deciduous flowering shrub admired for its arching branches and profusion of bright yellow blooms that appear in early spring before the foliage emerges. This vigorous, fountain-shaped shrub brings reliable seasonal color to temperate gardens and is a classic choice for borders, hedges, and specimen planting.
The golden flowers of Forsythia suspensa are primarily ornamental and provide an early-season nectar source for pollinators. Its graceful weeping habit makes it well suited to informal hedges, slopes, and mixed shrub borders, and the branches can be cut for indoor forcing in late winter.
