5 Seeds European Larch Larix decidua Deciduous Conifer Tree Cold Hardy Bonsai

European Larch is a deciduous conifer prized for its soft needle-like foliage that emerges bright green in spring, deepens through summer, and turns a brilliant golden yellow before dropping in autumn, revealing elegant winter silhouettes. Its graceful pyramidal form and fast growth make it a standout specimen for temperate landscapes and a favorite among bonsai growers for its fine branching and training response.

Use European Larch as a focal tree in lawns, mixed borders, or grouped plantings where its seasonal transformation adds dynamic interest. The fine texture and upright habit also suit windbreaks, wildlife plantings, and container culture when young.
