Purple passion fruit is a vigorous tropical vine grown for its fragrant blooms and flavorful round fruit. This starter plant arrives ready to establish and quickly begins climbing with tendrils, making it a rewarding choice for gardeners who want an ornamental and productive vine. The deep purple fruit is prized for fresh eating and juicing, while the striking flowers add a bold tropical look to patios, trellises, and greenhouses.

It works well in containers that can be moved indoors during cold spells, or in the ground in frost-free climates.
