5 Live Plants Japanese Snowball Viburnum plicatum 12 Inch Tall Bare Root

Japanese Snowball Viburnum is a deciduous flowering shrub admired for its tiered branches and distinctive double rows of white, snowball-like blooms that appear along the stems in spring, creating a layered, cascading display. Its deeply veined, dark green leaves turn reddish-purple in autumn, and plants are shipped as 12 inch tall bare root specimens ready to establish in the garden.
This viburnum works beautifully as a specimen shrub, flowering hedge, or mixed border planting where its horizontal branching habit adds structure and interest across the seasons. It prefers consistent moisture and benefits from a spot with room to spread. Space plants to allow their naturally wide, layered form to develop fully. Mulching around the base helps retain soil moisture and moderate root temperatures during establishment.
