Brown Turkey fig is a classic variety prized for its sweet, mild flavor and dependable production. This starter plug arrives as a bare root plant ready to establish, making it an accessible way to begin growing your own fig tree at home. Well suited to containers and warm garden borders, it develops broad lobed foliage and a rounded habit as it matures.

The fruit is excellent fresh from the tree and works well in jams, preserves, and baking. Figs generally perform best in full sun with consistent warmth and well drained soil.
