5 Acacia Nilotica Seeds Vachellia nilotica Gum Arabic Tree Thorn Acacia Bonsai

Acacia nilotica, commonly known as gum arabic tree or Egyptian thorn, is a distinctive flowering tree admired for its feathery green foliage, fragrant golden-yellow puffball blooms, and rugged, textured bark. Native to dry regions of Africa and the Middle East, it develops an attractive spreading canopy and pairs nicely with other arid-climate species in warm gardens and landscapes.
This versatile tree works well as a specimen planting, shade tree, or trained bonsai subject for growers who enjoy structured forms. Its wood, seed pods, and gum have long been valued in traditional crafts and regional uses, while its nectar-rich blossoms draw pollinators. It grows steadily in full sun and tolerates heat and drought once established.
