Panicum virgatum 'Cloud Nine', commonly known as Switchgrass, is a hardy ornamental grass prized for its tall, upright form and airy seed panicles. It brings a soft, architectural presence to borders and meadow-style plantings, and its foliage shifts to warm golden tones as the season progresses.
