25 Seeds Blue Lupine Lupinus perennis Native Perennial Wildflower

Blue Lupine is a native perennial wildflower treasured for its tall, spiky clusters of vivid blue-violet blooms that rise above palm-shaped green foliage in late spring and early summer. A classic choice for meadow plantings, cottage gardens, and naturalized landscapes, it brings vertical interest and a graceful wildflower character to beds and borders.
These plants work beautifully in pollinator gardens, native plantings, and informal meadow settings, where their upright flower spikes add color and structure. They pair well with other wildflowers and ornamental grasses. Grow in a sunny spot with well-drained soil; plants establish best when sown in fall or given a cold period before spring sowing. Allow spent blooms to develop seed pods for reseeding in naturalized areas.
