100 Seeds Scarlet Flax Linum grandiflorum rubrum

Scarlet flax is an easy-to-grow annual wildflower prized for its brilliant crimson-red blooms that open in the morning sun and shimmer above slender, airy stems. This old-fashioned favorite naturalizes readily and delivers weeks of color from early summer into fall, thriving in poor to average soil where it asks for very little care.
An outstanding choice for meadow plantings, wildflower mixes, borders, and containers, scarlet flax also makes a long-lasting cut flower and works well in pollinator-friendly landscapes. Its fine texture and vivid color pair beautifully with daisies, cornflowers, and other low-water companions, and plants self-sow to return year after year.
