100 Seeds Hoary Vervain Verbena stricta Native Wildflower

Hoary Vervain is a native North American wildflower that produces tall, slender spikes of lavender-purple blooms above softly gray-green foliage. Its upright habit and long bloom season make it a standout in meadow plantings, wildflower gardens, and naturalized areas, where the flower spikes rise well above surrounding grasses and add vertical interest through the summer months.

Hoary Vervain works well in perennial borders, pollinator gardens, and prairie restorations, where its densely packed flower spikes provide a long-lasting display from mid-summer into early fall. This plant is drought tolerant, thrives in lean soils, and offers strong ornamental value in both fresh and dried arrangements.
