100 Seeds Autumn Sneezeweed Helenium autumnale Native Wildflower Perennial

Autumn Sneezeweed is a native perennial wildflower known for its late-season blooms in warm shades of yellow, orange, and red. Helenium autumnale produces daisy-like flowers on upright stems and adds strong color to borders, meadows, and naturalized areas when many other plants have finished blooming.
This selection is well suited to pollinator gardens, wildflower plantings, and cut flower use. Plants grow best in full sun with consistent moisture and bloom from late summer into autumn, developing sturdy clumps that return each year in suitable climates.
