10 Seeds Thuja occidentalis Dark Green American Arborvitae Evergreen Privacy Tree

Thuja occidentalis, commonly known as American Arborvitae, is a hardy evergreen conifer valued for its dense, upright growth and rich dark green foliage. The Dark Green variety is especially appreciated for its uniform conical shape and consistent color through the colder months, making it a classic choice for hedges, screens, and specimen planting in home landscapes.
This conifer works well as a privacy screen, windbreak, or formal hedge when spaced in a row, and its compact habit also suits mixed borders and foundation plantings. Foliage holds its color well across seasons, and the naturally narrow form keeps maintenance manageable with light shaping. Trimming is best done in early spring before new growth hardens.
