10 Seeds River Red Gum Eucalyptus camaldulensis Fast Growing Shade Tree

River Red Gum (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) is a fast-growing evergreen tree admired for its smooth mottled bark, slender blue-green foliage, and graceful weeping habit. Native to Australian waterways, it develops a broad canopy that provides excellent shade and makes a striking landscape or windbreak specimen in suitable climates.

This versatile tree works well in large gardens, parklands, and open landscapes where it has room to mature. Its aromatic foliage and distinctive peeling bark add year-round visual interest, and the tree is often used for shade, screening, and erosion control on larger properties. Provide full sun and well-drained soil, and allow generous spacing given its eventual size.
