10 Seeds Laburnum alpinum Golden Chain Tree

Laburnum alpinum, commonly known as Scotch laburnum, is a small deciduous tree or large shrub grown for its long, pendulous racemes of bright yellow pea-like flowers in late spring and early summer. It brings graceful, cascading color to temperate gardens and works well as a specimen tree, in mixed borders, or trained over an arch.
The foliage is trifoliate and soft green through the growing season, offering a light, airy texture in the landscape. This species flowers slightly later than common laburnum and is valued for its compact habit and abundant bloom. It suits cottage gardens, woodland edges, and informal plantings where its floral display can be appreciated.
