1 Live Plant Yaku Princess Rhododendron Starter Plant Dwarf Evergreen Shrub

Yaku Princess Rhododendron is a compact broadleaf evergreen shrub prized for its dense rounded habit and prolific spring display. Clusters of soft pink blooms with deeper pink edges open from rosy buds, creating a lovely two-tone effect against dark leathery foliage. This slow-growing dwarf selection stays tidy for years, making it an excellent choice for foundation beds, mixed borders, and container culture. The mounding form and glossy year-round leaves provide structure in the garden even when not in bloom.
A versatile ornamental for temperate landscapes, Yaku Princess works beautifully as a low hedge, woodland accent, or patio specimen. Its manageable size suits small gardens, and the evergreen foliage pairs well with ferns, hostas, and early spring bulbs. For best results, provide evenly moist, well-drained acidic soil and shelter from harsh afternoon sun and drying winter winds. Mulch to keep roots cool and consistent moisture levels.
