1 Live Plant Nellie R. Stevens Holly Tree Starter Plant

Nellie R. Stevens holly is a vigorous evergreen tree grown for its dense, glossy foliage and classic conical form, making it a long-standing favorite for hedges, screens, and landscape specimens. Its deep green leaves and bright red berries in the cooler months give it year-round ornamental value in the garden. This starter plant arrives ready to establish in the landscape and will develop into a substantial, upright tree over time.
Nellie R. Stevens holly works well as a privacy screen, windbreak, or formal accent in mixed borders and foundation plantings. It adapts to a range of well-drained soils and, once established, tolerates periods of dry weather. The foliage and berries add color and structure to winter landscapes. Provide consistent moisture during establishment and mulch to retain soil moisture and moderate root temperatures.
