1 Live Plant Galaxy Blackberry Rubus Starter Plug

Galaxy Blackberry is a distinctive bramble selection noted for its dark, glossy fruit and vigorous, upright-to-semi-trailing growth habit, making it an appealing choice for home fruit growers and edible landscapes. Its attractive white-to-pink spring blossoms and deep green foliage give it ornamental value in addition to its fruiting interest. This listing is for one starter plug, a young rooted plant ready to be established in a suitable growing site.
Galaxy Blackberry works well in a dedicated fruit patch, along a trellis, or as part of a mixed edible garden border. The plants produce arching canes that benefit from support for easier management and harvest access, and they perform best in full sun with consistent moisture and well-drained soil. Berries typically ripen in mid to late summer, shifting from red to deep black at full maturity; flavor is sweet-tart and suited to fresh eating, baking, preserves, and freezing. Canes are perennial, with fruiting occurring on second-year wood in many bramble types, so annual pruning and cane management help maintain productivity.
