1 Live Plant April Tryst Camellia Japonica Starter Plant 4L Red Blooming Shrub

April Tryst Camellia Japonica is a notable early-season camellia prized for its striking semi-double to peony-form red blooms that open in late winter to early spring, offering color when few other shrubs are flowering. This starter plant arrives ready to establish in the garden, making it an appealing choice for enthusiasts who want a head start on a layered landscape or a container display.
Grow April Tryst as an ornamental specimen in beds, borders, woodland gardens, or large patio containers where its glossy evergreen foliage and vivid red flowers can be enjoyed year after year. It performs best in sheltered positions with protection from harsh winter winds, and consistent moisture supports steady growth and abundant blooming.
