Also known as sugarcane plumegrass, it forms upright stalks with broad, arching blue-green foliage that turns attractive copper and tan tones as the season progresses.

This ornamental grass works beautifully as a specimen planting, in meadow and prairie-style gardens, or along pond and stream margins where its height and texture can be showcased. The showy silvery-pink plumes appear in late summer into autumn and hold well into winter, providing seasonal structure. Its clumping habit and tall, architectural form make it a striking backdrop for lower-growing perennials and wildflower plantings.
Species: Saccharum giganteum
Type: Warm-season perennial grass
Plant Habit: Upright, clump-forming
Sun: Full sun to partial shade
Soil: Moist to well-drained, adaptable
Zones: 6 to 9
Germination: Surface sow, light required; keep moist and warm
Sowing: Start indoors or direct sow after last frost
Spacing: 24 to 36 inches
Notes: Tall ornamental grass with feathery plumes

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0717/4648/6408/files/download_ce06da62-0c3c-401a-b26a-50e0dd2503fc.png?v=1791896891
https://www.natesgardensupply.com/products/10-seeds-wild-sugarcane-grass-saccharum-giganteum-tall-ornamental-grass
